Ordered in this store for store to door for an item not available in store that came with a free gift. Verified in store and with clerk who even checked with manager that yes I would get free gift. Waited a week for my 1 item and free gift. 2 packages actually arrived but low and behold only my 1 item without the free gift! Online customer service says clerk did not order free gift so they will not send it... so why 2 packages?????? I swung by this store to stock up on a product instead of placing my usual online order. About a week later, I received a letter from Comenity Capital Bank stating that they were "unable to approve my Ulta Beauty Rewards Mastercard Credit Card application" due to not being able to verify my credit score.
