Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted for over a year at a different ulta location. I made the poor decision to try a different ulta. My brows are way too dark, uneven, the tint looks awful and there’s wax left on my nose. On top of the poor service I received my appointment was started 20 minutes late, rushed, and the lady doing the service was not focused on me and kept getting pulled away. Do not get an eyebrow wax and tint here.

I’ve never had to tell my girlfriend that her hair looked bad before, but after this appointment, I honestly didn’t know what else to say. She was clearly worried about whether the extensions would blend and asked the stylist multiple times throughout the appointment if they were blending. Each time, she was reassured that they were. She also asked for blonde, but her hair ended up being dyed orange. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HAIR EXTENSION!! I have never been so upset with a hair appointment. I brought her 4 full packs of extensions, and the installation doesn’t blend at all. You can clearly see where my real hair ends and where the extensions begin. Throughout the entire appointment, she kept reassuring me that it was blending and that everything was working, so I trusted her.
