I absolutely, with a passion, HATE how they HARASS customers into signing up for their “rewards” program. Now they use threatening techniques? What do you mean “Receipt is useless if you want to return these. You need an account.” Tip to the floor managers and Ulta as a business. Maybe don’t threaten your customers that you won’t abide by the transaction contract(receipt) unless they have an account with you. Absolutely disgusting. Ana at the register is extremely dismissive. This is my second encounter with her and she is just awful. Makes everything so difficult and makes you feel like a burden. It doesn’t take a lot to be kind. They need to put someone friendlier upfront. Not ok!
Horribly ran store. Went in two separate times for a product the website said it had, no one could find where this product was. Was told the first time to come back on Thursday because that's when they get truck in. Decided to just place an online order after they still couldn't find it on Thursday, and got told I could only use one gift card instead of the two that I had, when I didn't even want to place the online order in the first place.
