I highly recommend Luz Yepez at Ulta Beauty! I always enjoy getting my hair and lashes done by her. Luz is patient, professional, and always makes thoughtful recommendations for hair treatments that have really helped improve the health of my hair. She takes the time to listen and makes every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for someone talented, caring, and attentive, I recommend booking with Luz!
If I could give this ulta zero stars I would I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in with long hair and asked for long layers with face framing, and specifically told the stylist, Luz, that I only wanted about half an inch trimmed. Instead, she cut off around 6 inches of my hair. I walked in with long hair that took me five years to grow and left with it noticeably short, which is not what I asked for at all. The worst experience of my life. Why was I 30 min early to my appointment and my stylist was 15 min late. Doesn’t do what I asked and my hair is ORANGE and it shouldn’t be whatsoever I specifically said I don’t want my hair coming out orange. And whole time she’s not talking, walking away for 30+ minutes at a time not giving me updates on ANYTHING and then decides to proceed to tell me she’s going to “style” my hair but forgot to leave out that it’s a $34 extra charge just to curl my already curly hair. I went here looking for all new products, since I do not typically wear makeup. A woman at the front (I wish I got her name) was super nice & asked if we needed assistance -- I was actually looking to get a color match done & she did amazing at helping! That was the good portion of the experience. We go to checkout & now a days, every single place has you enter in your phone number to create an account.
