Nobody Greeted or acknowledge me. The store is a mess workers are unprofessional. Except the young lady who was checking out on 1/13/26 at or about 1:30 pm please don't go there its hood everything is locked up or stolen. Please don't touch the back stock on the sales floor. I never seen back stock like this on the sales floor until now. lol
Horrible customer service
I love, love, love Ulta. Everything beauty related in one place. 12/22/25. Went back today and they were crazy busy since it's before Christmas. I still love this store. They have such a selection and the staff even though they were busy, were quite helpful
Staff was very helpful and professional. They let you enjoy the time to look and then ask questions. A very pleasant shopping experience
