I usually have great experiences at this Ulta, but today I had a really off-putting interaction with who I’m assuming was a store manager. I walked up as she was locking the doors, not realizing what was going on, and asked, “Oh, it’s closed?” because I was genuinely caught off guard. Decent store. Prices are high but selection is good.
Getting my hair done here was a mistake. I'm severely depressed and unlikely to ever bother trying to get my hair done again. I should have just left it alone and kept on with my normal hair, better than the chemical burns and hideous rats nest I ended up with. I still had chunks of beach in my hair after I left as well. Unfortunately had a terrible experience getting my makeup done here. The girl was really nice so I felt bad saying anything but I looked horrible. I told her that I normally go more natural but I was okay with a LITTLE extra foundation for this occasion…. I left looking completely cakey and it wasn’t even blended properly. She applied my lashes wrong and had to remove them and reapply and when she did so she nearly tore my real lashes off. And then I was charged a lash application fee….
