The three stars is for the service at the front, not at the back, which is the salon. I always receive exceptional service for my hair, but whenever I go to the front to check and out to PURCHASE BEAUTY ITEMS FROM THEIR STORE- there is drama! 3 weeks ago some older woman was standing right on top of me and I asked her to please get in line where everyone stands, she totally went "KAREN" on me. I received my BEST blowout ever from Eileen. So grateful the team was able to get my daughter and I in for this beautiful treat. She gave us tips for hair products to use and NOT use… at least on our hair.
Update April 2026 Shout out to Tu, the employee who spent time to help us! My friend was looking for a green eye shadow shade that was discontinued. She applied samples on my friend's face and offered various options, prestige and drug store brands. My friend bought a few eye shadow palettes to try from both the prestige and drug store selections, thanks to Tu' advice.
