I asked a worker if she could recommend a vitamin c serum with ferulic acid. She said ferulic acid "is another form of vitamin C that is just cheaper to make so you will find it in lower end products." I didn't have the heart to tell her ferulic acid is NOT vitamin C. Im honestly am not sure how one could even come to the conclusion that ferulic acid could ever be a derivative of vitamin c. 2 daughters had a hair appt at 930 & 945. My husband waited for an hour (1030) before they told him the stylist no showed and they couldn’t get ahold of her. Probably should have said something before an hour into waiting with two toddlers who then left sobbing because they didn’t get their hair done. I get shit happens and waits happen but literally no need to wait an hour to clue in someone what’s going on.
The ladies that work here are absolutely amazing! My daughter has autism and adhd! She was acting crazy playing in the doorway and cursing. The one lady came up to me ( I instantly thought i was getting kicked out!) She said it's that your daughter and I was like part don't kick me out she has autism! She was like no I would never do that is there anything we can do to occupy her fine so you can shop! My daughter and I left very happy. First she got a haircut, and then I did; the same young lady attended to both of us. We were truly delighted with the stylist—I don't remember her name, but I really appreciated the service and how the haircuts turned out.
