Horrible customer service! Cashier Ashley literally kept following me around the store even though I told her I didn't need help. She did not do this to any of the other customers at the time. Finally, when I went to checkout, she came back to the register. No smile, no greeting, she just told me to put my number in and asked me about signing up for their credit card. She was so unfriendly...didn't even mention my points to ask if I wanted to use it toward my purchase nor did she initiate anything about the birthday samples.... read more
So my appointment was scheduled for 5:30 I arrived there at 5:29 and Apparently my appointment was moved to 5:20 with no notice, no text or call And she simply canceled my appointment. There’s no professionalism and to top it off she was rude . Deff not coming back!
