Nicole at the Ulta Beauty in Parsippany was absolutely amazing! She has rainbow-colored hair, so she's easy to recognize. I came in looking for a Billie Eilish perfume, and she immediately knew which one I was talking about. She asked all the right questions, made the process quick and effortless, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She made the entire experience smooth, friendly, and efficient. I scheduled an appointment for an eyebrow and lip wax/consultation 1 week before my wedding. I was under the impression, from the description on the website, that there was a full consultation on what I wanted with my wax however that never happened. She immediately just started without asking me any of my preferences. I also had my lip done, and skin was pulled off on both sides of my upper lip. Today I had the WORST shopping experience at Ulta with my daughter. I was being watched from the moment I walked in the door. I felt as though I was being racially profiled or prejudged. While I was shopping employees kept popping into the aisles asking if I needed help as if I was going to steal!
