Worst store ever. I am unable to drive so I used a pickup service to get my order. I added a pickup person, they had the barcode to pull up my order and they still refused to give it out. Why have alternative pickup people as an option if you’re not gonna give them the order. It doesn’t matter if it’s a courier service or a family member. If you guys have directions and they’re followed then follow through.

I usually love shopping at this Ulta location, but today’s experience really annoyed me. An employee asked if I needed help, and I politely said, no thank you to which she then replied, Oh, well you looked lost, in a tone that came off rude and unnecessary. I didn’t realize browsing meant I had to explain myself or come to strictly buy something. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff were very rude, and the cashier seemed angry when I asked to register my phone number. It felt like she didn’t want to help me at all. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this location again; I would rather go to another store even if it’s much farther away.

Nice location. Really well organized, nice staff. Only issue is to get fragrances had to do the line to get someone and come back to do the line again to pay.
