I don’t recommend shopping at this Ulta Beauty location, especially as a person of color. Some employees are friendly however others are not friendly and come across as very unwelcoming. I’ve noticed some of the employees follow me around as I shop which is really uncomfortable and unncecessary. Until staff behavior improves, I won’t be returning to this location.
Im doing this review specifically for tati and no one else but tati. From the moment I walked through the doors she greeted me and asked me if I needed help with a pleasant smile and from that moment the rest was history I was in the store for almost an hour because i didnt refuse one item she suggested and she helped me find everything I needed from makeup to fragrances and let me not forget to mention she knows her stuff ill recommend her service at this location to everyone beautiful person
I went to the store and firstly no one greeted me. I see other customers being greeted well but not me. I spent 2 hours in the store and no one bothered to asked me if I needed any help. I was very disappointed seeing the staff asking everyone else if they are doing okay or whether they needed any help. I felt so bad. . I finally went and asked someone to help me find my shade , who was busy on her phone and she gave me a look as if I was bothering her. It was the worst experience ever.
