While there are a variety of options and hundreds of choices, the workers are rarely helpful. They never even check the back for their customers if a product appears to be "out."
The line to check out can be long, but it usually moves fast. They have an amazing selection of makeup from high end to their own very affordable brand. Every type of shampoo and conditioner can be found here with tools to go with them. I could spend hours and a fortune on all the fun stuff if I had extra of either to spare ����
What can I say, makeup makeup makeup! I love going to Ulta! The store is clean no organized. I just wish that they would restock their Naked blush palettes more often! Great selection on Benefit cosmetics.
The staff is friendly and helpful and my daughter is in seventh heaven when we go here. Love that they take the time to show how to properly apply makeup.
Its best if you know what they carry and where it is. There has been multiple times where they tell me they no longer carry items but I persist and they discover that they actually do. Selection is only decent at the holidays.
They definitely have plenty of options when it comes to brands but the store is a little cluttered. Would love to have more service on the floor.
