Honestly this was the best Ulta experience I’ve had period! I’m in Sparks but was shopping in south Reno and decided to just go in here since I was already this way. The associates were actually beyond helpful with my questions and even helped my son as he devastatingly dropped his cake pop lol. (I wish I got her name!) I come here all the time and generally have really great experiences! I took away a star because of the experience I had today with a gentleman that had really great makeup on but very poor knowledge about retinol with a delivery that made you feel stupid for even asking.
