I’m surprised by so many of these reviews, I had an amazing time at this Ulta location. From the moment I walked in, I was assisted and was able to find the things I needed. The associate at the register, Mariam, was so sweet and talkative, made me laugh, and went above and beyond helping me with coupons and finding items I’d been searching for. Terrible experience. I was waiting in line for way too long, not enough people hired. Then when a second employee arrived to open a second register, the first employee (dressed in a denim dress), who was still assisting another customer, decided to interrupt my checkout process with the second employee, not to apologize for the wait, but to tell me about a lipstick sale. No situational awareness, fully rude.

Today, 7/28/25 I visted the Sierra Summit Ulta Beauty Store. I had to re-enter the check-out line 3 time. There were no associates on the floor to assist me with a product location. They need more staff. Also, the clerk at the cash register was cordial... but not at all helpful in assiting me find product. Infact, she knew i re-entered the line 3 times for the exact same question and did not try to help me. 45 minutes to purchase 4 products. I will not go back!

Friendly staff and love coming here to get my eyebrows done! Affordable, same day appointments always available, and the eyebrow technicians do a fabulous and detailed job!
