I come here all the time and generally have really great experiences! I took away a star because of the experience I had today with a gentleman that had really great makeup on but very poor knowledge about retinol with a delivery that made you feel stupid for even asking. First, Ive been a licensed cosmetologist for the last 13 years and had my own esthetics business. Originally had a hair appointment at two, but then she called me and asked if I could come in at 1:15 i said okay even though I had somewhere to be at 1:45 thought I had plenty of time but me and my friend got there and waited until it was 1:35 so I left and my friend didn’t go back until 2 so I didn’t even get my hair done. Hair stylist was very rude and was on her phone constantly very very disappointed will not be coming back.

I didn’t like this location. It didn’t feel welcoming. None of the staff offered assistance and there were a couple of items I couldn’t find. The security woman seemed to be following my sister and me around the store while popping her gum, loudly. It felt uncomfortable to shop, overall. I ended up leaving before I could find everything I initially went here for, today.
