I was very dissatisfied with Crystal at the hair salon. She was rude and had a bad demeanor since we walked in. Attitude! She cut my daughter’s hair and added tinsels for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. It was uneven and looked sloppy. I spoke to the front desk and they informed me the store manager would call the next day to discuss my issue. I did not receive any phone call! Horrible. Do not go to this Ulta!
