Stopped in for some skincare restocks and was helped by a really kind employee—I think I overheard their name was Finn, but I’m not sure. They were a bit androgynous and had cool chains on their outfit. Anyways, this employee was attentive, gave excellent product recommendations, and overall made me feel welcome in a way I hadn’t felt before. Thanks so much for helping me and hope this employee gets recognition for being awesome!
I had such a wonderful experience at the Ulta in South Plainfield thanks to Laduan! From the moment I walked in, he was so welcoming and genuinely kind. I was in a rush because I had a flight later that day for vacation, and he went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. Let me start off by saying that I don’t give one star reviews ever, but after walking into this specific Ulta to buy some new cologne for an event I had coming up, upon entering the store I requested assistance from a floor associate and was quickly assisted by a very friendly staff member, great, unfortunately it ends there after she requested assistance from a (what seemed to be anyway) manager, the sheer unprofessionalism demonstrated by this “manager” left me visibly angry and disturbed after they called this staff membe... read more
Went in to pick up some mascara on a Friday night, and there were only 2 employees working!! Those poor girls- they were working so hard, and were so sweet, but I still waited in line for 30 minutes since it was so busy. Shame on this company for understaffing their store- godforbid one of them needed the restroom and an emergency happened, they’d be all alone. The understaffing is a serious concern for employee health!!! Ulta Corporate should be ashamed!!!
Love shopping here although the salespeople can be a bit overzealous.
