I personally won’t go to this ulta anymore. Checkout, returns & exchanges (with receipt) take way too long. It also seems they do not inspect items first for pick up orders, to see if they have been used. Employees are nice but it’s not worth the frustration

I was lucky to have Sam do my makeup for a TV interview! She did an amazing job — I looked great and the TV station director even commented on how the makeup had perfectly highlighted my eyes. Thank you Sam!!

My bestie and I had a great experience at this location! Josh was super friendly, helpful and went over and above to help us find what we wanted and then some. He took the time to show us how the eyeshadows would blend and how the colors shimmered. We will definitely be back!

Review for Jessie at Ulta Beauty, Hadley I typically don't like going to chains, but being bounced from person to person after my guy retired clearly wasn't working! Here I am at Ulta, with Jessie, who faced quite a challenge with my hair (and still does, I think). Not only do I have poliosis (those crazy patches of white hair), but I came in with roots a mile long and a bad color on top of it all. Had a very bad customer service issue. Upon store opening, 4 of my forms of payments would not process and kept declining. Sales person told me to call my bank and that there have been no issues before. I was the second transaction of the day. I was also told it might be because I was out of state. What?????? I left the store humiliated! Called my bank and was told that there was no evidence of any Ulta transaction attempt and that it was most likely the terminal on the merchant side.
