I went to the store to purchase makeup because I already knew exactly what I wanted, and I also planned to pick up my birthday gift. When my friend and I entered the store, we started looking for the products, but I had to ask for assistance twice. The employee who helped me was very rude, unprofessional, and seemed unwilling to assist me. She gave me the wrong product, and I didn’t realize it until I was back in my car. I am a frequent shopper at Ulta and a Diamond member, and I have never had any issues until visiting this location. I have never left a review before, but I felt compelled to share my experience because of how poorly I was treated. Great Selection and Great Customer Service Tracy helped me a couple of weeks ago. She definitely knows her stuff, but what I really appreciated was how she took the time with me and never made me feel rushed or like I was being too picky/difficult. I was looking for a CC Cream.
