Just left Ulta, I spend about $400 at a time here and couldn’t get a single person to help me with any product I needed. They kept talking about TikTok videos to each other. I noticed out of at least 7 people were working and not a single one welcomed me, helped me or anything. No body was approachable and felt like a waste of time being there after coming here for years. I walked out unsatisfied and will be taking my money to Macys. Thanks for wasting my time, but not my money!
