When my three year old som and I first entered, immediately were warmly welcomed by staff. We moved on to find the milk products where an employee was there, very kind and warm towards my son. Talked with him and let him his in the chair. Did not catch her name but she was great! Then we stopped in to look at eyelashes and lip gloss, and another employee, Isabella, stepped in to recommend some great products. Purchased The Ordinary skincare products and I am shook! Started off using the under eye caffeine and love how it interacted with my (sensitive) skin. Now I’m using the acne line and it’s amazing with keeping my acne at bay (even during my cycle)! Also the hospitality and service were welcoming and helpful!

I went in for a hair appointment at Ulta Beauty and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was not feeling well and having bad period cramps, which made it difficult to sit comfortably in the chair. Instead of showing any empathy or care, my stylist Jessamyn was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
