I went in for a hair appointment at Ulta Beauty and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was not feeling well and having bad period cramps, which made it difficult to sit comfortably in the chair. Instead of showing any empathy or care, my stylist Jessamyn was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m from out of town, but when I came in to the store, Julian was very quick to ask if I needed help. She was very helpful and provided great information and amazing projects which I ended up purchasing. The Products were amazing and I’ll blend it out well for covering my textured red skin without being cakey. Great service and knowledgeable employees
