I went to this store to get my hair retouched blonde. The stylist that I usually schedule with no longer worked there. The “master stylist” said she could do it so I went ahead and booked with her. I went in a blonde that just needed my roots retouched. She bleached my entire hair and said okay I’m done. My hair looked 3 different colors. I told her she absolutely wasn’t done! So she asked if I wanted to bleach it more or add toner I told her I didn’t want more bleach in my hair and why she bleached my entire head!? My hair ... read more
