Worst store. Does not answer phone calls ever. Whats the point of having a phone if no one answers.
Has people follow you around as soon as you get in. Came in to shop with my girl right off the bat some young Hispanic dude started following us. Made the shopping experience awful and awkward. Too many expired products to steal anyways.
I came here to visit family and for my baby shower weekend. I was able to make a same day appointment at ulta for a haircut and style. Booking the appointment was easy and convenient. This is my first time ever trying ulta salon and I had a great experience! Irene was very knowledgeable and gave me a wonderful scalp wash and loved my overall look and service. Will be referring to friends and family and will come back when I am up here again.
