My first experience with master stylist Alexis was AMAZING!!! she’s the only reason this salon even gets one star. But I had an event and couldn’t get in with her, so I booked with another stylist, Veronica. HUGE mistake. This is the first and last time I will be going to the salon portion of Ulta. I went in for a scalp treatment and my appointment was scheduled at 11:45am (they sent me a text as well) I get there at the time I’m supposed to and Ruben told me I was late and gave me attitude. He told me I was scheduled for 11:15 with him. I told him my text said 11:45. If YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN THEN PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GO TO ULTA IN BEAUMONT. THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO HELP NOR DID THE OTHER EMPLOYEE. ALL I WANTED WAS A CONCEALER THAT MATCH MY SKIN TONE. THE GIRL SAID AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS GOOD AT THAT LEFT. OT OS 1PM IN THE AFTERNOON AND ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE CAN MATCH MY COLOR. I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED BECAUSE EVERYONE KEPT PASSING ME BYE. I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT ULTA AGAIN. I WILL ALSO TAKE THIS TO SOCIAL MEDIA ,YELP AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE. THIS IS RACIST IDIOTS THAT I WILL NOT SUPPORT
