Best staff ever!
I went to Ulta salon for a partial highlight today and absolutely came out loving my hair. The stylist was Emma and she was so sweet and did an absolutely amazing job! I almost cried happy tears when I saw the hair which has never happened before at a hair salon. I will no doubt be back in her chair!!
Very not nice to customers Being rude and not understanding Will not recommend this location at all ! Better drive to Howell and get treated in the right way.
Just wanted to give a SHOUT OUT to Mariela (sorry if I misspelled that) I called into the store to confirm an order I was about to place online for the Ella Langley Be Her perfume the first woman that answered my call was super rude and told me they didn’t have it in stock so I was questioning the online availability for pick up in store within two hours and she hung up on me so of course I was going to call back I thought that would be the better move instead of actually pulling up to the store to find out who hung up on me... read more
Emma my hair stylist was SO good at listening and doing exactly what I wanted with the cut, and the color. She was so sweet and genuinely so pretty and professional it was a 10/10 experience.
