Wanted to shout out Sarai who helped me this afternoon! Every year for our anniversary, my boyfriend gifts me a perfume from Ulta. This year he went with Velentino Donna and after using it once… I dropped it on tile and broke off the tip! I always get super anxious taking anything back, especially being that it’s 100% my fault. I've come into this Ulta many times and it's always been a fine experience. Never any complaints. Today, I was on a mission and needed help and honesty. Stephanie was the wonderful associate who helped me and I could go on and on about how incredible she is! I went in thinking I only had 2 options to choose from. So I have been to this ulta location many times and have never had issues before until yesterday. Yesterday I decided to go to ulta for my birthday in hopes in finding a few things.
