Today nobody greeted me upon entering. While I was looking at makeup 2 old ladies, one of them with a really orange tan stood right next to me just to talk but didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Nobody on the sales floor approached me other than the Clinique sales woman it was overall an unpleasant experience especially when I come to spend my hard earned money.

Wanted to shout out Sarai who helped me this afternoon! Every year for our anniversary, my boyfriend gifts me a perfume from Ulta. This year he went with Velentino Donna and after using it once… I dropped it on tile and broke off the tip! I always get super anxious taking anything back, especially being that it’s 100% my fault. I've come into this Ulta many times and it's always been a fine experience. Never any complaints. Today, I was on a mission and needed help and honesty. Stephanie was the wonderful associate who helped me and I could go on and on about how incredible she is! I went in thinking I only had 2 options to choose from. But Stephanie asked if she could try something on me, and I was blown away at the results! She was not pushy with products at all and I tried multiple products on before I let her take the lead.
