Excellent service. As soon as I walked in, greeted immediately! And I had at least one to two associates who were consistent in asking if I needed help. By far the best service I’ve received at any Ulta and I’ve visited at least three locations.
Best experience ever the manager Victoria had the best vibe ever she was super kind and super helpful and even went to the back to get products for us. She was such a good help and because of her we definitely be coming back soon
Returned to Ulta today for the first time in years after bad experiences in the past because I ran out of eye makeup remover, and it was out of stock at my usual store, so I thought I'd just stop by real quick and pick up my makeup remover. Very straightforward. But apparently sometime in the past few years they stopped carrying my makeup remover brand, because I was searching all over the store for it up and down aisles over and over again just in case I missed it or it got moved.
