My mom went to this Ulta recently and she did not have a pleasant experience. Stylist and sales manager are very rude and unprofessional- they speak poorly about their colleagues, it's super uncomfortable. Doesn't seem like they have ethics.

$84 wasted at Ulta Pflugerville A friend of mine went to the Ulta salon in and paid $84 for curls that completely fell out within a few hours. She even asked the stylist if the curls would last, and was told they would for several days. By the next morning, her hair looked awful, totally flat and frizzy, and she had to reschedule her senior pictures because of it. I went to the Ulta salon in Pflugerville and was charged $84 for a blowout and curl I even tipped, so it came out to about $90 total. Before she started, I asked if the curls would hold and she said yes to wear a bonnet and they would be fine she also said if they did fall they would look like a blowout which they definitely did not my hair looked like straw the next day.
