As I got older and had to take blood thinners my skin has become very thin. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find products to help and cover the bruises that are so prominent. She is so knowledgable and the BEST! Thanks, Jenn, I will always be grateful for the way you helped me and the extra time you took to do it!
Kayleigh the manager is very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I needed help with a return and she was dismissive and unwilling to help. Sephora is across the street. This store doesn’t deserve people’s business.
Laziest staff of any cosmetics company. Came in to buy about $80 worth of products, but the staff was so lazy wouldn’t help me find any of it other than a point to the general quadrant of the store where the item might be found among 100,000 other items.. So instead I bought about $30.

DO NOT go to this store! I’ve never had such an unpleasant shopping experience in my life until today at this ulta location. I went in to get a new foundation and concealer, and I was put in such an awkward situation. I asked one of the employees for help matching my shade, and we were trying two different shades, and suddenly she said “omg its so weird i dont know where i put the other foundation”. she forgot where she misplaced it and her behavior conveyed that she was suspicious of me.
