Manager was super rude and really misleading. She does not look friendly at all and if you approach her she just acts if you're less than her. Totally will not be coming back unless that old women figures her attitude out.
Manager, this is the worst ultra. I've been to. When all your employees rather hang out together and shop than help customers buy their products. I'm going to another ultra, or maybe a sappora will probably be better.

I love having an Ulta down the street but their customer service is the worst. They need a whole new management team - disappointed customer.
I went to the salon as a blond and came out red! The stylist was rude and it was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I left with wet hair and the wrong color after 5.5 hours! I am still in disbelief as to the incompetence of the stylist. Management was not helpful. Do not go to the salon!!!
