Purchased an item ( $60) from a different store in Memphis and when I got home had been used. No seal and almost completely empty. Maybe like it was a tester. I called ulta and was told I could exchange at any ulta. There are only 2 stores that carry that specific brand. I took it back to the Germantown store and when I arrive at 1005am the doors were still locked. I could see an ulta associate and she looked at me and rolled her eyes.
