I come to this location to see Deanna and Mary. I'm lowering my rating because this is now the second time I've been called to reschedule my appointment. Totally understandable, that's fine, I'm only complaining because the first time I was called it was 10 mins prior to the appointment and I was already in the parking lot. I'm driving from Bartlett, not terrible but the traffic is. Today, 3/6/25, I'm called 3 mins after our appointment time and I'm already in store waiting. We are going to a function & I have booked my appointment for hair ahead of time. They called me on the day of the service telling me they have double booked & have to push back my appointment for another 1&1/2 hr!! No apologies! Then I get there to find out they are still running behind!! They tell me it would be another 20-30 minutes( again no apologies! ). I’m still waiting for a Never Happening appointment! I’m pretty sure we will be absolutely late for the function at this rate! No one has ever even apologized!!!
