I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I had hoped to make it my go-to store since it’s only ten minutes from my home, but I will now be driving farther to the Lynnwood location instead. Throughout my visit, I was followed so closely by staff that it felt as though I was being treated like a thief. I had come in wearing comfortable clothes and no makeup, as I recently had a baby a few weeks ago. Love this truly body spray I got at the woodinville ulta!!
I don't understand how the system works inside the store, but I don't understand how a girl who is helping you with the products can't close a complete sale. According to what I understand, there are areas that they don't know or that are not their job. It's very frustrating to return to this store and see that everything remains the same.
