Got asked if I needed help at least 5 times and by the same staff multiple times. Can shoppers not just browse? No means no. I went to another Ulta location after this. Pro tip: if this location cares so much about L&P, maybe hire actual security at the front door, instead of having your staff hound shoppers for...simply looking at products? It's a very unpleasant experience. Avoid.
Came to get makeup for my wedding and Princess was extremely helpful and patient with me! I have no experience with make up, so having her walk around and explain product to me and hearing what she was recommending was super appreciated!
I appreciate generous exchange, all associates were nice, cashier Sydney, manager, Clinique associate, good workers! Must be the best Ulta store
