Three employees standing in the front talking about their lives and their hair, one employee at the cashier. Stood in line for 15 minutes while someone used 4 gift cards and the other employees sat and gossiped. Terrible.
Disappointing experience. The store was relatively empty when I walked in, yet not a single floor staff member acknowledged me or said hello. As I was shopping, my hands got completely full of products that were practically falling out of my arms, and not one person offered me a basket or carrier. Instead, the staff were mostly socializing with each other—except for the one employee who decided to shadow me and follow me around the store like I was a criminal. amazingggg staff oh my god. I have really bad eczema and was looking for a specific item (I don’t believe they carry) and I asked one of the employees what she recommends and she recommended the kiehls ultra facial cream and all I gotta say is bless her soul. I didn’t catch a name but hope she knows she’s amazing
