A very successful experience at Ulta! My daughter got her second piercing here, and our time here was amazing! The worker who pierced my daughter’s ears was wonderful. She was professional, funny, and very friendly. She gave various options to make my daughter feel comfortable, such as a countdown or to hold a stuffed animal. Definitely recommend Ulta Beauty, prices weren’t terrible either! Coming here in the future for possibly anymore piercings! Thank you!

I just returned from this location. I frequent Buffalo because our HQ is here. I happened to forget my hair stuff this time. I walked up to the first two employees I see and began to ask if they’d have a comb or a tough brush to use while I’m here. I’m interrupted by the other one that they “-don’t have anything for me, five below is right next door.” Very rarely am I left speechless.
