Nero Beauty did an amazing job on my hair yesterday. I was frustrated with my last stylist for not framing my face correctly and not taking enough off. Nero Beauty did exactly what I asked of her. She did such a great job removing the damaged areas of my hair. She was kind, thoughtful and caring. She went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful. Just go to another one. Rude employees. Never stocked. *I did have a wonderful encounter awhile back with a MAC rep once who helped me find some bomb lip gloss…from another brand even.
