Went in to return perfume with receipt. Associate called her twice to authorize the return. She was standing right behind him the whole time but didn't come to help. Then she mingled a little more with her employees. Wasted so much of our time. Please hire ppl that are welcoming and willing to help. Or train your managers better. Nobody wants to deal with disgusting ppl like her. Do better LIZ you are representing a brand.
