Visited this store today to buy perfume. No one offered to help which was fine as I already knew what I wanted. I asked the associate for a bottle and rather than hand it to me she took it to the front to leave behind the counter and rudely asked “is that it?”. I visit this store yesterday and everyone was really great but Lauren assisted me with my color match and she was WONDERFUL, very helpful and took her time to explain everything to me from brushes to lip foundation everything……GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Lauren. Thank You
The manager, about 5’2 Hispanic, possibly 35-40 yo. Is so so rude.. I have never experienced anything like this.. I called asking if something was in stock and she said it was, I come in to the store and it’s not in stock. I ask for help with something else and she sighs and said “ wait in line im helping a customer” I’ve been to many ultas and I’ve never been told to “wait in line”.
