I’m a diamond member - I spend a lot of money & time in Ulta at various locations. This particular one is in dire need of basic customer training starting with just being polite. Every time I’m in this store & I encounter the staff, I remember why I don’t come.
I went into the store on krocks road at 8:15 and the girl told me they were closed. There was multiple employees inside. When I exited the store I looked at the hours on the door and it clearly states open until 9pm.

I just need to give a shout out to Selena at this location! I went in once during Christmas to pick up new products and she helped me find everything I needed and then some! My makeup looked so good from her recommendations it was noticeable to people in my life and I got many compliments. I went back in to pick up a new foundation a few days ago and Selena again helped me. She found me exactly what I wanted in a shade that matched perfectly.
