if i could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Cynthia was excellent, I suffer with severe hyperpigmentation on my face and have completely given up on makeup, cynthia told me to trust her and she built a routine for me with how to do my makeup. The following week I brought in my mother in law while I was in the salon she was searching for a foundation, she only speaks spanish and was so relieved to have found Cynthia who helped her find everything. I will continue to only go to this ulta for the amazing custom service.
Unable to exchange a gift that was unopened and unused . I just wanted a different shade . The clerk made me feel like a criminal and wanted the phone number of the person who bought it for me . She was extremely pretentious. If you want to buy a skin care product as a gift please don’t go here . Buy it at Sephora who will graciously exchange for the recipient.
