My wife and I visited Ulta today and had an uncomfortable experience at checkout. The associate, Cynthia, repeatedly pushed a credit card application. After my wife politely declined, she was told to answer a few questions for $60 off, which turned out to require her SSN. When we declined again, Cynthia became visibly rude, tossed the bag on the counter, and didn’t respond when my wife wished her a nice day. It was unprofessional and disappointing, especially since the interaction started off friendly.

Do not go here if you want a haircut. My appointment with Leylani this evening took over an hour longer than scheduled and was not trimmed to my desired above shoulder length, despite me showing her numerous reference photos and asking her to cut it shorter numerous times. The other stylist working even commented on how little she was doing with my hair. Left with both my time and money wasted. Extremely disappointed

I visited this location yesterday, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout and thank you to their clerk, Nancy. I have a mild understanding of makeup and really needed help with color matching and finding the best products for my skin. Nancy was so informative, clear, and kind throughout the whole experience. She matched me with great products and was patient with all my questions. What I loved most was she didn’t push expensive products onto me. She worked with my budget. I highly recommend paying her a visit if you need help
