Edit: Attempted twice to have a district manager reach out regarding the issue and the request was ignored. Writing a formal letter to corporate office. I recently tried to return a Dyson Airwrap that I had purchased with cash, well within Ulta’s return window and with my receipt. I recently tried to return a Dyson Airwrap that I had purchased with cash, well within Ulta’s return window and with my receipt. Went to ulta today and was helped by this girl named Camilla, was so sweet and helpful, found me everything I needed, wasn’t the first time she’s helped either, I’ve seen her multiple times before and she’s always the one who gives off the most energy and kindness while working. 10/10 recommend this store, make sure to ask for Camilla if you go!!

Had to revise:(…salon closed without contacting clients and staff is declining dramatically…sadly another retail fail in area Erin is an amazing stylist and Del is the best staff member ever!! This location is by far the best I have ever been to. You will literally feel like you are stepping into your most welcoming shopping experience you have ever had. Be sure to check it out !!!
