Store is clean and well stocked. Employees however seem to hang out in corners of the store, waited at the register for 5 minutes and no one came to help, i had to go find an employee.

This location is one of the worst. It’s never stocked well enough and I’m always having to order through Amazon or directly with the brands online. They don’t carry many men’s brands, Now they’ve decide to not carry a popular brand (Mr Black). I try to support local business but it’s getting impossible. I give up. Not buying from Ulta ever again. Blue Mercury it is.

Store associate and management quickly rectified an issue that arose. All members of the staff I encountered were helpful and kind.

Edit: Attempted twice to have a district manager reach out regarding the issue and the request was ignored. Writing a formal letter to corporate office. I recently tried to return a Dyson Airwrap that I had purchased with cash, well within Ulta’s return window and with my receipt. Despite their own return policy stating refunds go to the original form of payment, I was told I could only receive store credit due to “recent fraud involving counterfeit bills.” I told them that store credit was unacceptable, and made it clear I ... read more
