My 5 year old daughter was getting tinsel in her hair for her birthday party. While parting her hair, we found a tick, and after asking for a tweezer I removed it. (I even offered to buy a tweezer as they refused service after seeing it and didn’t even wan to help remove it) Eventually they gave me a tweezer. They refused service after that and my daughter started crying as we didn’t get the tinsel... Very poor customer service and just rude in the way it was spoken.
Store is clean and well stocked. Employees however seem to hang out in corners of the store, waited at the register for 5 minutes and no one came to help, i had to go find an employee.
This location is one of the worst. It’s never stocked well enough and I’m always having to order through Amazon or directly with the brands online. They don’t carry many men’s brands, Now they’ve decide to not carry a popular brand (Mr Black). I try to support local business but it’s getting impossible. I give up. Not buying from Ulta ever again. Blue Mercury it is.
Store associate and management quickly rectified an issue that arose. All members of the staff I encountered were helpful and kind.
