He answers all my questions with the most thoughtful feedback and info. If you come to this location you will get the BEST customer service and beauty assistance from Steven!!

This store is a joke. Prime location, yet disregards customer's. I guess money isn't that important or you just don't appreciate your customer's. I have went here 3 times only to see that you get no assistance and if you do, you get an unnecessary attitude to go with it. This so called store is a joke.

I was lowkey upset with the two associates the other day & how I felt mislead with the $10 off of $50 coupon. I tried to use it but was told it’s not eligible with prestige items. So I went to put back the items & tried searching for non-prestige items. I didn’t want to hold up the line so the cashier said no problem, she’ll suspend the transaction & once I’m done get back in line. Well when it was my turn to check out, another associate helped me.
