Came to Ulta in desperate need of a new skincare routine. Upon walking in, everyone was so nice and welcoming and VERY!!!. clean. Steven was very helpful from the second i stepped in the door. I had mentioned all the issues i was having with my skin, like rosacea and tons of breakouts in my cheek area. Steven recommended an overnight cream to help with the rosacea and recommended a cleanser to help with the breakouts. I love this Ulta. The service is good. They have a great big selection of things. There's nothing to special. Just a regular operating Ulta. I hate to make this Ulta sound boring. But the service says have a nice day and that's all. Which is what there supposed to do. Overall really good!🩷
About a week ago , I went into ulta looking for an electric razor money was not the issue but I had two other people with me , we had found one that looked nice and the price listed with about 5 other boxes of the same exact razor and the name of the razor next to the price being 34.99 , when I walked up and was getting rung up it suddenly was 65.99 , me and the two other people I was with looked at eachother like we were going insane , than they had to “ price check” in which a guy with a little bit of a longer hair style w... read more
I am doing my own makeup for my wedding and I went into ulta earlier this week very stressed, not knowing where the start. Catie was my savior, her aura immediately calmed me and she knew exactly what I needed. I thanked God for her that day. She didn’t have that fake-customer-service-joy. She was genuine, kind, and straight up awesome. I love her, and on my wedding day, I will thank God for her again as i put on my new lip combo and eyebrow tint with confidence.
