Took my 6 year old sister to get some mini brands she really wanted. After checking out, what seemed to be a male manager and a woman associate started to bring the squishmallow perfumes to my sister and tried to bribe her saying comes with a squishmallow toy. I thought it was extremely weird and inappropriate to try and sell a 6 year old perfume like this just so I can buy it for her… it made me so mad..!! I love Ulta and this store has the best employees! The store is always fresh, clean, well stocked and there's always an employee who's ready to walk over and ask you if you need any help. Whether you're wandering around the store, trying to find a product or you've placed the order online and are just making a quick dash to pick it up, the employees are absolutely amazing. Terrible! Didn’t get greeted, never saw or spoke to an associate until I got to the checkout counter. A line of 4 people waiting, only 1 checkout open. There was a gentleman behind the checkout counter, but he never once looked up from his phone and just walked away. Didn’t even offer to help the girl that was trying to check everybody out in a timely manner. Horrible customer service,the girls in the front are rude.Theres two managers a older white male and a tall lady more rude than them and they are managers.The other manager a lady with red hair is probably the only professional nice one there.Will try to not shop there anymore not a welcoming place at all.
