I’ve been going to this Ulta location for a while now, and I usually try to be understanding when it comes to customer service because we’re all human. But at this point, it’s getting ridiculous. I went in to exchange my setting powder, and the employee who helped me, I believe her name was Priscilla, with dark red hair was incredibly rude from the start. I went today trying to get makeup as someone who doesn’t really know anything about makeup and was helped by Kelly.She was genuinely so nice, helpful, and comforting. She helped me throughout my whole time there and helped me find things not only that looked best on me but also was in my price range, she was so sweet and I had a great experience.
