Don’t go to the salon here they have horrible customer service they don’t listen and they try to charge you more than they should and what said on line manager is so rude. I told them to charge me $200 on one card and the rest on the other and they charged me all on one card and when they declined, they said I had no money don’t go here horrible horrible

This is a really big and full Ulta store with huge variety and selection of products. Both high-end and more budget-friendly brands and some more niche ones. Also has a salon and a section for professional salon products Nails, hair. Skin, makeup, fragrance all covered

I came into this store to help my friend over a video call choose a product in another country 🫣 Yeah, it sounds weird. But I have to say — even though I probably looked like a clueless wannabe blogger, I was met with a very friendly atmosphere and lots of smiles. A few times, staff checked in to see if I needed help — completely non-intrusive. I really liked the vibe. This store has a rating below 4 — oh girls, take these 5 stars. I know what it’s like to work in retail

Product knowledge could be better.
