Sam did a blowout on my hair and it looks fantastic and is still holding 3 days later! She was very nice and I enjoyed my service with her. The employees in the main store are also wonderful and helped me pick out skin care that best suited my needs a few days prior.

This occurred on February 13, 2026. I will not be using the salon services at Ulta Beauty again due to the poor customer service I experienced during my recent visit. The reason for my appointment was particularly important to me on a personal level. I went in not really knowing what I was doing, I knew I wanted a new foundation but had no clue which one or what my shade was I knew of two brands that I wanted to try. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me ( ulta workers she currently has long wavy with tinsel hair pieces in it she needs a raise) this woman not only got my shade right but let me do both foundations on each side of my face both in the correct shade ( she matched me on the first go) she also gave me a sample to take home and try to make abs... read more

Always have what I need but return policy for defective products is lacking good customer service. I was not able to return the product within 90 days with a receipt so they would not honor an exchange. I reached out to the actual company that made the hairspray and they are sending me a new bottle to replace the $27 bottle I purchased.
