Terrible salon. I feel as if my hair is in worse condition than before I went. There was constant pulling. They were pulling and brushing my hair so hard there is probably damage. My hair color does not look any different. I sat at the shampoo bowl for a while putting strain on my neck. It was not styled how I wanted. I showed them a picture and it looked nothing like it.
