I’ve gotten a warmer greeting from the hamsters at petco. The store is clean but the vibes are off. It’s a bummer it’s the only good place to go for cosmetics in the area.

Most of my time here has been positive except the last time I went I was treated pretty bad. I was here a couple of months ago returning things. The cashier asked if I had opened/used any of the products to which I replied no. She did not believe me and kept asking me multiple times saying "it's okay if you did." She basically accused me of using tape from home to close one of the Benefit primer boxes because it was taped down in a cross shape. I just recently went in to find some new makeup. I was cluelessly browsing when Abby walked up and asked if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for. And she helped my pick out a few items. And even gave me come testers to try at home. She was so amazing with her knowledge in makeup. She even showed my daughter a cute lipgloss that comes with charms! Thank you Abby! She deserve a raise with how much she knows and how friendly and welcoming she was!
