Luz at the brow bar is AMAZING! I am a person who is VERY picky with my eyebrows but with her I can trust her EVERY SINGLE TIME. She takes her time to make sure you like your brows and is very understanding!🤍
The staff at this site is unfriendly. The cashier who rang me up (Phoumy) was rude and unwelcoming. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a gift card I would not set foot into this place. Good quality customer service always seems to be an issue at most Ulta stores. I’ll give my business to Sephora.
My wife really wanted a specific hair straightener for Christmas. I called to see if it was in stock like internet said. Once confirmed I said ok my daughters will be there, and they pulled it aside to make sure it was there when they arrived. Happy wife happy life
