I always go to ulta to get my hair done! I must say this location is the worse! I can never book an appointment for this location online, there is always error. They don’t have enough stylist. I try to call weekly and no one ever picks up the phone! I drive all the way to Brandon.
Super helpfull workers. I don't shop for makeup very often but they were so helpful in finding what I was looking for.
Worst customer service. Their “curbside” is a joke. Waited over 10 minutes yesterday after checking in online, called the store twice and no answer. Left because it started pouring rain and I had a sleeping baby in the car (or I would have gone in!) Attempted curbside again today. Checked in online and waiting in front of their doors for another 10 minutes. Called, no answer. Tried calling the salon, no answer. Unloaded my kids and went in, no apology or explanation as to why they are no answering or handling curbside orders... read more
