If I could give this place zero stars I would. BEWARE—this salon is a joke. My mom went in for a simple haircut and left with an absolute disaster. The stylist clearly had no idea what they were doing, and when we addressed the issue, we were met with nothing but rudeness and arrogance. The store manager was the worst part. Instead of apologizing or offering a refund, they blamed MY MOM for not saying anything sooner—because apparently, she should have magically known mid-cut that her hair was being butchered.
