I walked into Ulta on Tuesday just to browse Fragrances and Taylor was fantastic! She was patient, kind and helpful. She made my shopping experience perfect. Thank you Taylor! Ulta is lucky to have such a great employee on their team.
ZOEY! SHOUT OUT! I went in im almost 40 and needed a whole new personal facial care routine. Zoey took 30 mins to find 5 different products just for my skin type plus samples. She went above and beyond. She was a life saver
I came in looking for foundation and I typically don’t wear a lot of makeup and didn’t want to spend too much. The associate Zoey helped me in a rush and color matched me. it felt very personal and was super helpful!
Karen the hair stylist was great from start to finish I went in kinda indecisive of what I had wanted she walked me thru the process and ensured that I was going to be happy with my end results ! My hair looked beautiful by the time I walked out of the salon but about 2 weeks later and 3 washes my hair looked like it did before I went into the salon so I called and Karen took me back with open arms fixed the problem and had my hair looking 100% beautiful again I think the original product just didn’t stick to my hair well be... read more
I've had not so great experiences in regards to the salon at Ulta in the past. However, that's changed recently. I randomly booked an appointment for a bang trim with Alanna for my daughter. She nailed it! So I decided to book a haircut with her and she completely transformed my frizzy straw into sleek gorgeousness! And she's super friendly and funny to boot. Highly recommend!
