This is in regards to the salon here.. I have interacted /had appts with Shakira and Kariann... both ladies are wonderful! Kariann is so caring and helped me out when I had a blowout gone wrong, I REALLY appreciate them getting me in... I highly recommend both ladies!
Kariann at the salon is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and made my teen feel so comfortable. If you are looking for a hairdresser she is your girl!
I recently had my color done at the in store salon in Plainville, and have been so happy with the result. Kariann did a wonderful job with my hair, which can be tricky to color match. She was knowledgeable, her work is precise, and the color came out beautifully. I also really appreciated the helpful product recommendations while I was there. Great customer service by a lovely employee who greeted me as I walked in a last week. I asked a question regarding face powder and she helped me pick the right one for my skin color/shade match. Also I asked her a question about a newer Urban Decay foundation that I bought at different store and how it was separating on my face. Your advice to not use any primer worked wonderfully the foundation and powder looked perfect. Thank you very much I had a wedding to go to the next day and my makeup looked great!
