Rowan is amazing. She listened to my needs and helped color match me so perfectly and patiently. I went in to Ulta to try to find some makeup that worked for me. After finding Rowan, I left with exactly what I needed and feeling like I had a glow up too.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I haven’t shopped here in over a year because it’s so bad. I needed something and they had a coupon so I took a chance. Placed an order for pickup with a coupon for three items. Two of the items were cancelled and supposedly out of stock. Went to the store and they were indeed in stock but the “Lead” refused to add them to my order to allow me to use the coupon. I chose to cancel the order and while I could have reordered the items and used the coupon, my time is more valuable. Will not ... read more
