Great products there! Service is great to has all of the new products!
The girl at the cash register was EXTREMELY pushy and made me very uncomfortable begging for a phone number and then to sign up for a credit card. The name was Kylie - she needs a serious talking to in customer service skills as she seemed to treat every customer in line this way. Will not be returning after that behavior and I’m not sure how she has a job.
The girl at the cash register refused to let me pay without putting in a number or creating an account. I repeatedly said I know I can’t return, I’m not looking for a free product today, and I’m trying to get in and out quickly but she kept pressing. I ended up leaving without buying what I would’ve liked to purchase due to this ridiculous encounter. Who knew it was this hard to purchase a product you’d like?
Rowan was great, went out of her way to help me find just what I was looking for! Spent way too much money, successful Ulta trip.
