Decided it was a time for a change with my hair style and color. I decided to try this ulta salon because the one in Aurora sucks! Aria is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and gave me feedback on what would work best with my face shape and offered different color options that would compliment my skin tone. She took her time and made sure I was heard and happy with the results!

I hate to say it, but my experience at the Castle Rock Ulta is consistently unpleasant. The staff is always beyond rude, and tonight was no different. I was shopping with my daughter and we were smelling perfumes. We came across a brand we’ve purchased before at Sephora, but the scent I wanted to try didn’t have a tester. The only option available was a travel-size rollerball. I opened it and gave it a quick spray so I could smell it. I've had multiple negative experiences at this Ulta location, but my most recent visit was especially disappointing. My mom and I were looking at perfumes and wanted to smell one that didn't have a tester available. We opened the box because there was no tester out, and an employee immediately approached us in a rude tone saying, "We can't open boxes." We apologized and explained that there wasn't a tester available, but our apology wasn't acknowledged. Instead, the employee responded with, "Well now I have to damage it out,... read more

Had a blowout done by Erin K! Absolutely amazing! I have thick curly hair and I'm often left disappointed with a frizzy nest of hair after an expensive blowout, she was so quick too! I will definitely be going back to her!
