I hate to say it, but my experience at the Castle Rock Ulta is consistently unpleasant. The staff is always beyond rude, and tonight was no different. I was shopping with my daughter and we were smelling perfumes. We came across a brand we’ve purchased before at Sephora, but the scent I wanted to try didn’t have a tester. Had a blowout done by Erin K! Absolutely amazing! I have thick curly hair and I'm often left disappointed with a frizzy nest of hair after an expensive blowout, she was so quick too! I will definitely be going back to her!
My hair had grown so long it was always getting tangled. So I asked Bella to cut it. Make it look breezie because I'm always getting caught in the wind. That's exactly what she did, she also did a little layering for fullness - just the right amount. I ❤️ it! Thank you Bella.
Unfortunately, I had an awful customer service experience at this Ulta today. I went in for a pickup order around 12:45, and after I received my items, went over to smell one of the body sprays that was on display. This body spray was out of the box, and from experience, this indicated to me that it was a tester. Was grabbing a small something but was told I couldn’t purchase something small without a phone number which sounds like a load of crap will definitely not be returning. I’ve purchased without a phone or Email before as well not sure why all of a sudden it was required.
