my experience is always a 10/10 when i book with hailey! not only is she amazing at what she does but she’s also an amazing sweet and funny person. ive gotten 2 balayages with curly hair and anytime i dye my hair i get a blow out and my curly hair is so healthy! i’ve also gotten a haircut with hailey and i loved it so much that i ended up getting micro bangs with her as well! and i’ve gotten my ears pierced! she never disappoints and i feel so much better when i get it done with hailey <3

Worst ulta location I've been to. I came in for a foundation that I needed, and one of the beauty advisors with rainbow eyeshadow look asked if I needed a shade because there wasn't any on floor. So she went to the back to check and never came back to let me know if they had it or not. Another B.A came asked me if I needed help and told her what happend, so she went to go check and said that they didn't have the shade. Booked my first Ulta service with Hailey, My experience with her was 100,000,000/10, She gave me a beautiful haircut now I can’t stop getting compliments. She is extremely talented in what she does plus she’s very welcoming and makes you feel super comfortable. If you want to walk out beautiful and confident, book Hailey ASAP. She’ll get you right. I will definitely be going back to her every time I need a service.
