I had my hair done here. First mistake but I actually have heard good things. I asked for simple natural looking blended highlights to break up my roots. After five hours , what I got instead was chunky, blotchy and my hair is orange. Absolute nightmare. I left with wet hair because I was so upset, When I got home there was a bunch of bleach in the back of my hair at my neck line. Now I need to go get it fixed.
Leanna is the best brown artist in this Ulta Store, idk why but when she’s waxing you, you don’t feel any pain, that’s so amazing cause my skin is really sensitive and I told her: I have skin really sensitive and she did all the cares to make my visit and leave my browns really really amazing 🤩 I really recommend her

Huge shout out to Leanna she’s the best eyebrow artist in my opinion! She’s super friendly and always does what you ask for! I have a hard time finding someone that does my eyebrows how I like them and she always does them exactly how I vision them maybe even better! If there’s anyone I recommend it’s Leanna
