I stopped by this Ulta location while shopping and had such a great experience. Pria was on the sales floor and super helpful. She told me about a salon workshop they had coming up and offered to book me with a stylist named Katherine. I decided to go for it, I’m so glad I did. Katherine did an amazing job on my hair, it came out beautiful. Pria and Katherine were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel really personal. I’ll definitely be back!
It’s really frustrating to do a DoorDash order at this location because they always have a long line & only 2 cashiers. They need to put a separate register for DoorDash orders & self check out to prevent people from staying in the long line especially DoorDash drivers because the company doesn’t reimburse me for parking which is wrong so I’m stuck shelling out for parking just to pick up a DoorDash order at this location. Do better.
So happy with Erisa’s service and amazing friendship. As soon as I got there we click and our vibes matched,she guide me through the whole store giving me nice recommendations and variety of selection. I give her a 100% great costumer service and such and amazing person.
Erisa, was a belight, her energy was, vibrant, willing to help, excited, uplifting....I felt like a just meet my best friend... I will come back to the store just to feel her beautiful, energetic, personality.... 10 out of 10... 5 Stars is not enough
