NEVER COME HERe. I came to get my roots dyed blonde highlights like I’ve been getting for decades the same hairstyle. The hair dresser Carolina fried my hair and the damage is irreversible in 14 years I have never had my hair turn to dreads and string cheese I have long soft healthy hair. Rommana was amazing! Even though the store was about to close, she was attentive, patient, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need instead, she took the time to explain everything in detail and give me a thorough tour. I didn’t end up getting the product I originally came in for because it sold while we were chatting, but I’ll definitely be coming back to this Ulta (instead of the one closer to me) just for her expertise. I stopped by this Ulta location while shopping and had such a great experience. Pria was on the sales floor and super helpful. She told me about a salon workshop they had coming up and offered to book me with a stylist named Katherine. I decided to go for it, I’m so glad I did. Katherine did an amazing job on my hair, it came out beautiful. Pria and Katherine were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel really personal. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s really frustrating to do a DoorDash order at this location because they always have a long line & only 2 cashiers. They need to put a separate register for DoorDash orders & self check out to prevent people from staying in the long line especially DoorDash drivers because the company doesn’t reimburse me for parking which is wrong so I’m stuck shelling out for parking just to pick up a DoorDash order at this location. Do better.
