Terrible service I waited for my appointment for 30 minutes and then they told they can not do my hair. Very rude and unprofessional DO NOT recommend it at all!
10/14 was my very first experience at the salon. I called with an emergent hair situation and Cindy P took my call. She took me at the last minute and changed my life. My hair was a dry brittle unruly mess due to a horrible bleach and color job the ulta in Rockville did; to add I paid 350 dollars for.
