I am extremely upset with this experience. The deal was very poorly explained, and important information was completely left out. At pickup, I was shocked to be told that returns are NOT allowed at the pickup moment, something that was never mentioned when I placed the order. Then, to make it worse, I was told I had to wait 24 hours and come back to the store to even address the problem. This is ridiculous, inconvenient, and unacceptable.
