Updated 6/12/26 I had another wonderful experience at Ulta thanks to Tessa. She has helped me on multiple visits, and each time I leave feeling more confident and knowledgeable about makeup. On a previous visit, Tessa helped me select lip gloss products and showed me how to apply eye makeup. She also encouraged me to watch tutorials and videos to learn different techniques, which I really appreciated. Both the app and store are useless!!! Placed an online order for delivery at 1:23pm. Called the store at 4:32pm to verify status, the girl kept saying I had to pickup. When I explained for a third time it was ordered for delivery she said I had to verify the status on the app. The app still says "processing" as I'm writing this review and the store has already closed for the day. So, to be continued.... ???? Order received the day after around 5:15pm and as a "Same day" delivery.
