I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. This is not the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable here due to poor customer service, but today’s visit was especially frustrating. I initially came in around 2:00 PM to redeem my birthday gift. For some reason, I couldn’t access the QR code in the app, even though I was able to add the free gift to my cart online. I needed help with my hair before a work event. I procrastinated on finding a salon, but luckily Ulta had openings. I booked with Cindy and she was such a delight. A total ray of sunshine. She was so kind and efficient. My hair was done quickly, looked great, and the price was so reasonable. I had no idea Ulta offered so many services at their salon. I will for sure come visit Cindy again.

I like the layout of the store. There is quite a bit to see and that can be overwhelming if it it wasn't organized as well.

I had $700 in Ulta points stolen from my account and this store is one of the locations they were stolen at, so it’s pretty cool this store doesn’t check ID for $50 or more being used in points like policy states, so that means a manager authorized someone stealing my points.
