Some of the people who work here racially profile. They constantly harass you as if your about to steal something. When I come to Ulta I like to take my time and check out products im interested in. I go to Ulta to treat myself and engage in relaxing retail therapy. The women who are doing this are hispanic or white. I feel on edge as a black woman coming into that store. I wouldn’t have even give it a one star the way piercing lady messed up with my daughter’s ear while piercing. At 1st when she was piercing her first ear the gun got stuck in the middle of piercing that was very scary. Second time i told the lady to let me remove her other earrings so she can easily punch a hole. She refused and said those earrings help me to punch a hole on the right place.
