Customer service here is amazing , management goes above and beyond to make customer happy! Dana, Laura and Brie are the sweetest always helping me get the best deals and if not in stock which his rare they have it sent to me. Customer really makes a difference and I give them a big thumbs up! Thank so much for being so sweet when my daughters and I shop here!
The cashier being quite unprofessional and touchy her face and being rude. I asked for the manager then a vendor who said I don’t work here chimes in even though she is in an ulta store. Low class bad bad bad
Rude and unhelpful! I had booked a hair appointment a week in advance for my event. Bri called to cancel my appointment last minute without offering any other option to accommodate me. Her tone was so unapologetic and commanding as if thrashing you over phone.
Walked into store at 10:00 AM, at opening. I was the ONLY customer. There were (3) female employees; an older woman, and (2) younger ones. All I got was a "hello" upon entry. I truly needed help finding (2) items. I walked around for 6 minutes!! Still no other customers inside of store, and no offer to assist me. BUT, the older lady was discussing making cookies for her family, as the other employees engaged in the conversation. I decided to leave.
