I felt like I got stereotyped at this location because I was getting followed around the store by one of the older women employees. I understand theft is a huge problem and overheard the employees talking about teenagers trying to steal earlier today, but following me around the store and hiding behind an end cap to watch me was too much. Kenzie was amazing! She perfectly color matched me and never Made me feel like a bother to her and made sure that my color match was perfect match to my skin color. besides that she answered every question that I had and gave recommendations when a product discontinued, love her

Customer service here is amazing , management goes above and beyond to make customer happy! Dana, Laura and Brie are the sweetest always helping me get the best deals and if not in stock which his rare they have it sent to me. Customer really makes a difference and I give them a big thumbs up! Thank so much for being so sweet when my daughters and I shop here!
The cashier being quite unprofessional and touchy her face and being rude. I asked for the manager then a vendor who said I don’t work here chimes in even though she is in an ulta store. Low class bad bad bad
