The staff at this Ulta are beyond kind and friendly. They are super helpful and have given me great advice on several occasions when I need help picking a shade or type of product. My one gripe is that the testers always seem dirty, messy, or are missing altogether.
The star is for the other employees at this location who were helpful to me, but I came in looking specifically for something from Clinique and i only really use their products but the employee at this section of the store was absolutely vile. First, i come in and she immediately goes to take her break as i was asking her for help. Second, I ask another employee for help and she informs me i can take 3 samples from this section and that it is 100% okay. I take one.
