Last weekend my sister and I decided to get a haircut for the first time at Ulta. It’s been a long time since we had a proper cut. So I booked and appointment with Toni. We loved Toni and she did a fabulous job on both our hair. She’s professional, listens to what you want done and very sweet. Making another appointment to get highlights with Toni again. Went in a few mins ago and it was so hot in the store I couldn't even shop for more than 5 mins. Then had to wait in line for 10 mins because they had one girl at the registers. One of the worst Ulta's I've been to.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Ulta salon. I scheduled an appointment expecting to have approximately 9 inches cut off my hair to bring it to shoulder length, along with an all-over color service. When I arrived, Tiarra refused to cut my hair and was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction.
