Michelle in the hair salon, (super nice lady with purple hair) ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED ON MY HAIRCUT. I’ve never been so happy one with before. Gave her a reference photo and she delivered exactly that. She was super nice and friendly, and smelled really good too lol
They're very inconsistent about getting customers as they come into the stores and asking customers that are shopping if they need help with anything.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I really wish I could give this Ulta Beauty location less than one star for the following reason: 1. When we walked in, I asked if someone could help us. The young Hispanic girl just started at us and never responded. So someone from a completely different aisle had to come help us. 2. While we were shopping, a young black girl walked up behind us and just stood there. My mom and I turned around because she didn’t even ask if she could help us with anything.
