Had my haircut by Britney today in the salon. I am extremely picky and only have my friends who are at Licensed hairdressers cut my hair. Britney did an amazing job. She knew I needed a good cut but she also knew I was terrified of somebody chopping it all off which happens often. She listened to me. She worked with my curly hair. Olivia is the best at customer service. She is very attentive and professional, always trying to accommodate and find everything with great empathy and kindness. That girl deserves 5 stars and a raise.
Operations manager was rude and refused to help, blatantly ignoring policies and also had a power trip and made up her own policies she was enforcing, went to the nearest ulta and had absolutely zero problems but will be reporting this to the dm for alignment and training purposes
Kari was incredibly rude and is not familiar with ulta policies. Very disappointed and will be reporting.
