My most recent experience at this Ulta was the best, on the afternoon of 5/7/2026. I had the pleasure of meeting Janice, one of the beauty advisors on the floor. Janice was very helpful and attentive. She stayed with me the throughout my entire visit to ensure I found products I could use for my sensitive skin. Janice is wonderful and will devote her time to genuinely helping those with beauty concerns.
Great store great service
Picked up my mobile order just to find out they sold me two USED items. I called the store to see if they could exchange the items and the girl was beyond rude- WOW. She told me they couldn’t do anything about it for 24 hours since it was a mobile order and they could not hold the items. DISGUSTING STORE AND EVEN MORE DISGUSTING STAFF. Maybe this should be the next Ulta to close.
A large selection of products, but apparently not everything that women may need. Went gift shopping for specific things for the special someone, but two of the things she likes/uses were not available.
