The worst hair and makeup experience I’ve ever had. Emily was so rough with my hair while adding extensions and she used 2 shades darker concealer as a foundation all over my face and didn’t even apply any eyeshadow. Didn’t even prep my skin nor at the end added highlighter which I needed to remind her. Everyone on my event told me I look really bad with the makeup she did and I’m super sad coz it was for a big event of my life. Never go there for hair makeup!

My most recent experience at this Ulta was the best, on the afternoon of 5/7/2026. I had the pleasure of meeting Janice, one of the beauty advisors on the floor. Janice was very helpful and attentive. She stayed with me the throughout my entire visit to ensure I found products I could use for my sensitive skin. Janice is wonderful and will devote her time to genuinely helping those with beauty concerns.
