I called the store and whoever answered the phone had the WORST attitude and was disrespectful. I called for a question and before I even finished she hung up on me and didn’t even say anything. Some great customer service!!!
I have been going to Ulta for hair appointments since 2018. I have gone to different locations and had different stylists work on my texlaxed hair and I have never received such amazing service like I did last night at this location with Ivy! From the moment I sat in her chair I felt like I was in good hands. She asked questions, listened, and layed out a plan of action for the appointment!
