I had a great experience at the store thanks to Nour H. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she took the time to explain the best products for my needs and made sure I didn’t miss anything. Because of her excellent service, I ended up buying everything I needed and more! Nour also told me about the advantages of the Ulta Beauty credit card, and her clear explanation convinced me to apply—and I got it! Thank you so much, Nour Alhuda, for your amazing help and kindness!

I am writing to formally express my concerns about the poor customer service and dismissive treatment I experienced at your Ulta Beauty store on March 10, 2025. Store#1398 at 11:44am. Literally the worst experience I have ever had shopping in a cosmetic store. hands down. I flew into Pentagon City for a business trip. I am not from the area and usually shop at sephora. I was tired, jetlagged and in need of some undereye patches to make myself presentable before my meetings. Went into this Ulta as it is literally a stone's throw away from my hotel.
