I wanted to leave a review about my experience at Ulta today (The Grove location in Wesley Chapel), specifically recognizing two sales associates who stood out, Xiomary and Sam. Whenever I go to Ulta, I’m usually greeted, even when associates are busy, someone always takes a moment to acknowledge me and ask if I need help. I have shop at this location quite a few times. They are pleasant and very welcoming. I went in to purchase a face moisturizer and one of the sales rep, Sam was pleasant and very helpful. Although, she was not able to help me decide she directed me to another sales rep Claudia, who she said was experienced with skin care and knowledge on mature skin, Claudia took the time to explain about the top products that would benefit my skin.
