I had an amazing experience at Ulta today, all thanks to Marianna ! I walked in hoping to find my perfect foundation shade, which is usually a daunting task. But Marianna was so patient and knowledgeable. This ulta is my go to place when I need to pickup new skincare or makeup. They also have some good clearance options and the staff always greet you at the door and offer baskets to shop around The store is always clean and organized so I can find what I need without any issues. They also just added some amazing k-beauty brands and I'm so excited to try them out!
One of the most unfriendly Ulta stores I have ever been to. Literally a bunch of staff on the sales floor and not one greeting or any assistance offered. The cashiers are not friendly either.
