I only leave reviews once in a while, and they are positive. If an employee comes off as rude I usually let it go because things can be misinterpreted. The store manager is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Super rude and very mean. In that store, I learned what the word "Bully" mean. I came to that store to pick up my purchase, they need my ID, and I didn't realize that I was not the defined pick up person in my account, so I tried to change the pick up person in my account and seeked for that store manager's help, she quickly lost her patience after only 1 or 2 min, got very upset, saw my service dog, and ask me to leave immediately. what’s up with the associates constantly hounding you as soon as you walk in? sometimes we just wanna browse in peace before purchasing. being constantly followed around the store, yes i noticed because why are you way over here where i am at the hair tools and you were just at the MAC section. stop treating everyone like they’re a thief. meanwhile the group of teenagers robbed you blind, but God forbid a grown woman shop in peace. it’s ridiculous. i hate this location. whoever the manager is, find another position.
I've been getting my hair done by Lataya at Ulta for a decade, and she never fails to impress. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service make every visit enjoyable, and her hairstyling skills are top-notch.
