Ridiculously bad customer service. Go to. Newtown square store or KOP. I will never shop this store or pick up online here. . when I online order pick up at several places and they don’t ask for a government issued ID but yet this is the first time I pick up here and in tiny letters at the bottom of the email they tell you to bring your ID . not only that but another store with a more sensible manager would have found a solution so that I wouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes back home and 30 minutes back to pick up my BRUSH. wh... read more

Went for hair tinsel. Last time I got there and they didn’t have the color I wanted (silver? No idea when it would be replenished). This time I had someone who had no idea how to attach the tinsel. She kept trying and finally walked away. Come on Ulta- don’t assign someone a task they are not qualified to perform. She was embarrassed and I was frustrated for the second time.
Got a call at 8 am today that my 11 am appointment was cancelled because the master stylist had a family emergency. Then I tried to reschedule, and the next available wasn’t for 3 days! I’m unable to go elsewhere because everywhere else is closed or unable to schedule so last minute. It’s my birthday today, and I just wanted to do one nice thing for myself. Gail really went above and beyond to help me today, and the store was immaculate. I was greeted by three friendly staffers while there, and each one ended up helping me. Great store
