I had an amazing experience at the Ulta hair salon today! Lupita was my hairdresser and she really took her time with my cut and blowout. For the first time ever, I didn't feel rushed (like they are already thinking of their next appointment.) Lupita was wonderful!! So warm, funny, and really listened to me. A++++++! I highly recommend this Salon!

I came into the salon originally on Friday 3/20 for some blonde highlights and left with completely purple instead of blonde. I then called the manager and they tried to make it right by getting me in 3/22 for a free of charge service to try and make it what I wanted but instead of even making it a caramel highlight it’s just two different shades of brown and I’m not happy and will not be returning.
