Excellent Service. Knowledgeable Friendly Staff. Store is Clean and Organized. Makeup Workstations Well Stocked, Clean and Comfortable. Fun, Bright Environment with Trendy Social Media Items on Display. UPDATE: this location has been robbed more than once in 2024 that I know of and company is too cheap to provide associates with video security to help law enforcement stop this from happening. I visited this Ulta around 6pm checked out at 6:07pm, I couldn’t stand the “nice nasty harassment” on 9/25. I come in about twice a week as my daughter attends a local tutoring in the area. I use this time to shop and look, however I felt like a criminal tonight. I was stalked throughout the store by the manager, Dee, and another employee. They repeatedly walked behind and in front of me instead of allowing me to shop in peace. I’ve been meaning to write this, but I came into the store yesterday and couldn’t help but notice how hot it was! I would’ve enjoyed my experience a lot more if it hadn’t felt like I was still outside. If the ac is broken, I hope it gets fixed soon!
