Found what I was looking for, got in and out quickly and was checked out expeditiously
I have two autoimmune diseases and wasn't feeling well at all today the only reason I was even out was to take my elderly sister that has Parkinson's to the store I went in Ulta to get her an emery board when I went to the register to pay the machine started asking phone number and all that I was extremely nice I told the girl I really am not feeling well I just would like to pay she whipped the little machine around and put some kind of number in it. Rebecca is a life saver. After having red hair for over 20 years she was able to quickly bring me to the blonde color I wanted and suggested low lights so it looks more natural and it’s awesome!! I could not be happier with my hair and her style of work with her cleanliness and always cleaning up after herself plus she’s a great host. Always asking if I need anything if I’m comfortable, etc. I can’t wait for my next appointment!!
I visited this store this morning. I wasn’t greeted, wasn’t asked if I need assistance so I left and went to Sephora.
Joanna is very rude and passive aggressive. My first negative experience with Joanna took place May 30, 2026. She was at the register scanning my items and when I tried to use my debit card to pay for the items she claimed my debit card wasn't going through and proceeded to ask me if I had any funds on the card? I was completely offended by that remark!
