My mother was completely disrespected during her visit to Ulta. She entered the store speaking Spanish on the phone with her sister when an employee approached her and told her to “shut up.” When my mom reported the incident to another staff member, they immediately knew who she was referring to, so clearly, this isn’t the first time this employee has behaved this way. HORRIBLE customer service! I had to call back to back three times because they HUNG UP while pretending to “look for something” and put me on “hold.” Just so RUDE and INCONSIDERATE.
