This location never fails on giving good customer service. If you are a black women in need of assistance Makayla gives great customer care. She doesn’t make you feel rushed or like a burden. She explains products to you well. She is very soft spoken and patient. Would be coming back just for her. There were other ladies that offered to help us as well. We really appreciated you guys. Keep up the good work ladies. ☺️
I’ve never could get anyone to match me because the shades are too orange and they didn’t understand or care to listen, but a young lady, Makayla with the braids, was so helpful and matched me perfectly. It’s hard to find makeup to actually match me as a black woman and she did it. Thankyou🥰
Went in for perfume hall, received terrible customer service from one of the workers , the heavy set one with the scars on her face with a little red in her hair . I asked for Prada she asked which one lady it’s only one back there also went to tell her it’s a Burberry her in the cage but she ignored me . I kept it professional but when you give me bad service you about to get the other side of me cause I was polite to her , she had no reason to be rude .
