From the moment we walked in there was no welcome, not a smile, nothing. Walked to the fragrance and was waiting for someone to open the case to grab the product I needed. Instead of asking if I needed something they stated they closed as 6 and walked away. Horrible customer service.
Most all of the employees were absolutely wonderful. The company is a hole is horrible due to the lack of sales prices and coupons. Long-term customers that have accounts have issues logging into their account and can hardly ever find good quality coupons. Is extremely impossible to walk in there and not spend less than $100 on a very few amount of items even when they run a semi sale. The coupons are like $3.50 off of $40.
