I just had the worst experience. I had my appt for today 8/14/26 at 2:30 pm I get there 10-15 minutes early. First I let them know my name and they pretend they cant find my booking when they finally do the stylist tells me I’m still with a client can you give 30 min and I was early so told her no problem. Then I go back at 3 pm I was standing at the counter for about 15 min with no one even asking me if I had an appt or anything.
