I came in the day before my appointment and spoke directly with a hairstylist to schedule a blow-dry and curl. I was very clear that I would be arriving with wet hair, and I was told this would be fine. When I arrived for my appointment, I was suddenly told they could not blow-dry and curl my hair because there “wasn’t enough time,” and that it would now take longer and cost more.
