Mary did a great job with my hair and was so fun to chat with!! Prescheduled my next appointment with her for a couple months out. Drew does my brows so well and is also a sweetheart. All the staff are really kind and helpful and genuinely seem to like their jobs/working together. Great Ulta location <3
I went in today on a mission looking for some brightening concealer and a concealer to just to do spot treatment and let me tell you drew, matched me once and got the shade on point first try!! I had a great experience. If you need someone to match you, look for drew!!! I also got help from Christina, we laughed a lot and had fun looking for other concealers and even got to talking about setting sprays! What a wonderful time! Go visit and look for those two truly a fun time.
Usually I have the associates scan my membership ID on my app and have no issues, since I have tried changing the phone number multiple times and the wrong account is pulled up. Either something has changed or I got the only associate who didn't know that it was a thing. She also was hesitant to scan my coupon saying it wouldn't work with the stuff I had selected, only to find out later that it did work. Otherwise, happy they had MadHippie in stock.
I had the pleasure of having Jenny work with me on a new pallet and fresh eye look, as I am quite an amateur when it comes to makeup, especially eyeshadow. I walked out with some great products that I now know will work well for me and my complexion. I also have a lot more confidence in recreating the look for work, but also with taking it up a notch for a fun night out with my husband. Thanks so much, Jenny, for your time and expertise; I appreciate you so much!!!
Drew was super sweet and helpful! All the staff here are very nice, well mannered, and super fun :D
