Anytime I’ve ever been to this specific Ulta I’ve been treated very well and respected. I can’t say that for yesterday when I went. There was a worker by the name of Samantha that asked if I needed help I said yes and from the very beginning she was very disrespectful and rude which made me not want to spend a dollar ! I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta in California MD thanks to Susanne! She took the time to help me with color matching and guided me toward products that work perfectly for my skin. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also so kind, patient, and genuine throughout the whole process. It really meant a lot to feel so cared for and not rushed, and I left feeling more confident and so thankful for her help. Susanne truly went above and beyond with her service, and I appreciate her so much!

Was told I couldn't purchase anything unless I gave them my information. I find this policy absolutely disgusting.

I recently got a keratin hair treatment at Ulta, and I regret it completely. My hair is already pretty straight and healthy, but I wanted it to be smoother, straighter, and frizz-free. On the day of the appointment, my hair looked okay—straight, but it felt sticky and just didn’t look right. The stylist suggested I use a keratin shampoo, which I did.
