I recently got a keratin hair treatment at Ulta, and I regret it completely. My hair is already pretty straight and healthy, but I wanted it to be smoother, straighter, and frizz-free. I am an 83 year old women who is often invisible, especially in a beauty store. I am going with my husband to his 60 college reunion and wanted a new lipstick. A lovely lady ( could have been a general manager), was so helpful and made me feel so special. The store was full of young beautiful girls but she gave me her time and attention.
