Great cologne options and you would think it’s a good store and then the employees harass you with how much they ask if your doing okay, this is not good customer service it is annoying and unnecessary every 5 seconds a new employee has to come up and talk to me i go there to smell fragrance and then they have to make it some sort of interview i have never met anyone who likes to be constantly questioned by employees. I’m a black woman with foresee hair and I came up to the Ulta salon to ask about what services they would offer for me to take down my sew-in, and the manager who was talking to me, was very rude and very unprofessional in the manner she was handling the whole situation. I felt unwelcome as a black woman with 4C hair. She was tall and had blonde wavy hair.
Where do I begin. Last Saturday I came in for a makeup appt for my daughter’s senior prom. The “artist” was just a mess. After applying colors did not aam our opinion if we liked the color. Long story short my daughter asked for a nude soft look with a cat eyes look with lashes. She proceeded to put a dark shadow. I had the best experience at Ulta Beauty! Marianne did my eyebrows, and she was absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and I loved talking with her—her energy is just incredible and made the whole experience even better. I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in years, and she made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of from start to finish.
